1. Maintain a membership to the DB Alliance & uphold the same vision and commitments
2. Have a focus on lifting New Zealand’s economic productivity through the use of Digital Enablement Tools.
3. No more than 10% of total of the total cost of a government service to go to administration (absorbed in the service price)
4. A commitment to delivering an achievable, potent, and independant action plan for kiwi businesses to implement
5. Service must be a genuine advisory service – recommendations at the conclusion of the service, must:
a. Refer back to DB Alliance members where possible
b. Recommend at least 3 independant implementation services (1, or 2, if no other DB Alliance members in a given category)
6. Data equity – the graduate business accepts to share useful business data (anonymised) with MBIE for future learnings
